The theme of this workshop is “Sukiyaki.” You will experience how to make and enjoy Sukiyaki.
Sukiyaki is a luxurious home-cooked dish that is enjoyed on special occasions.
Sukiyaki is a hot pot dish of beef and vegetables stewed in a sauce based on soy sauce and sugar. In Japan, it is enjoyed by a large group of people around the pot at slightly lavish parties or when important guests are present.
Perhaps in Europe, there is no culture of enjoying one hot pot dish with a large number of people. But there will soon be many parties for Christmas and New Year’s events. It would be a good idea to learn how to make sukiyaki in this workshop and prepare it to entertain your guests.
The main ingredient for this meal will be beef, but we would also like you to experience Wagyu beef, so we will prepare some Japanese Wagyu beef as well as Polish beef.
It will be a very special experience for you.
