We apologize for keeping everyone waiting. We will be holding our very popular Japanese food workshop for the first time in a while. Until last time, we learned how to cook dishes that you would find in a proper restaurant. From now on, we will be giving a series of lectures on Japanese home cooking.

① Saba no Miso-Ni (Mackerel simmered in miso)
② Kinpira (Sesame-flavored stir-fried vegetables)
③ Ohitashi (Vegetables marinated in soy sauce)
④ Tonjiru (Pork miso soup)
⑤ Premium Japanese rice

In previous workshops, participants have been more high-end style and have made their own dashi stock, but in this workshop, we will be using powdered dashi stock to make it easier to learn Japanese home cooking.
The instructor this time is Hikoemon Sakamoto, the owner of Sakamotoya.
