We will be holding an Edomae sushi workshop.
4th and 11th May from 13:00 to 16:00
We use the highest quality Japanese rice and the highest quality red vinegar used in high-end Edomae sushi restaurants. The fish we use is selected from the highest quality ingredients sourced in Poland.
In this workshop, you will learn how to cut fish for sushi and the basic grip method for Edomae sushi called ``kote-gaeshi.''
Mr. Hikoemon Sakamoto, the owner of SAKAMOTO-YA, will give a detailed lecture.
This will be a workshop where everyone can participate in cooking.
