This is a premium curry powder that does not contain sugar or animal ingredients. Instead of wheat flour, it contains of rice flour, and all the products used in it are fully organic. One bag contains about 5-6 servings.
Curry can be prepared by first frying your favorite ingredients, adding water and Ohsawa Curry, and then simmering until thickened. We recommend adding dark Miso to make your dish taste even better.
