This product is a sushi vinegar, which is made by adding natural, high-quality salt and a small amount of sugar to Tajima's "Akasu" Red Vinegar, made from sake that has matured for 5-7 years. You can add it directly to sushi, but we recommend mixing it 1: 1 with traditional rice vinegar. Thanks to this vinegar, luxury sushi, which until now was available only to a small number of customers, can become a daily pleasure.
