Ogawa is a leading producer of the highest quality "Inaniwa" udon noodles made entirely by hand. Inaniwa udon is a high-end artisanal thin udon that is a specialty of Akita Prefecture. Pasta is praised by many gourmets for its delicious taste, firmness and uniform texture. Thin udon noodles are much more exclusive than regular udon, and in Japan you can eat them mainly in Inaniwa udon or in gourmet Japanese restaurants. Inaniwa pasta is also a very popular gift for lovers of Japanese cuisine.

A method of preparing:

The recommended way to prepare udon is to cook the pasta for 3 minutes, then rinse it several times in cold water and serve it depending on the season: cold in summer with grated ginger, chives and a sauce based on dashi broth and soy sauce, for a bamboo tray, and in winter, serve with the broth while warm.

Composition: flour wheat, salt
