Bara chirashi (Vinegared rice topped with various ingredients) is a dish in which finely chopped ingredients are decorated on top of vinegared rice, similar to chirashi sushi. Because it is sprinkled with multiple small ingredients such as seafood and cucumbers, it has a beautiful finish that looks like it is encrusted with jewels.
